TBH, I think crest whitening strips with the light is the most impressive one, but it also isn't great for your teeth and sensitive teeth-havers can find it quite painful. That being said, I didn't find a nearly $900 process at the dentist's office any better than a crest white strip!

I've found that the Smile Direct Club whitening sticks and UV light have been a nice combo and isn't painful for those with sensitive teeth!
