These sold out FAST last week so I was waiting for a restock to make it email official!
How Much: $44 but today you can get it for 25% off (!!) today with code GEETHANKS, and if you use Rakuten, it’ll give you another 10% in cash back.
Anything I Need To Know?: This candle is a wonderful holiday scent, like a cozy hot cider over a flame, and it goes hand in hand with my favorite Christmas tree scent from Thymes. Oh, and if you’re in the market for any other Nest products, you can get 25% off those too. Code GEETHANKS will work on your entire cart.
Okay, I know, I’ve been very into candles lately. Can you blame me? I am overcompensating for living in southern California, where it was 102 degrees on October 3rd. GIVE ME A SWEATER!
I like candles, no I LOVE CANDLES. I deserve this small happiness in life, and so do you. Does that make me a basic b? Do I care?
The Nest Holiday candle is the only other holiday candle I recognize outside of candles that smell like evergreen and balsam. Unlike its pine-scented peers, the Nest Holiday candle smells closest to Serena Wolf’s heavenly Pot of Christmas, an amalgam of citrus, cinnamon, apples, and sugar.
In Serena’s words, “This stuff is liquid gold, my friends. I promise that you’ve never smelled something so warm, comforting, and delicious. Whether you’re having a party or hanging out solo, this is guaranteed to lift your spirits.”
She’s right. I put Pot of Christmas on almost every day last December, and sure enough my home did smell like the holiday season I had given up in Brooklyn. The Nest Holiday candle delivers this same scent, and the throw is generous; one candle will fill the room and then some.
I know what you’re thinking: It’s not even Halloween, you crazzo! Calm down. But you know what? 25% off a $44 candle is what we call an RGS— a REALLY GOOD SALE, and come November 1 my outdoor lights and porch holly will be hauled out alongside all the Nest Holiday candles I was smart enough to buy today.
So yeah, Happy Halloween or whatever. I’ll be over here watching Lifetime, because according to the TV Guide “The Holiday” is on three times today. Christmas fettuccini, anyone? Scroodle-dee-doo-doodle-dee-da-doodum-doo SAUCY.
