8 Products You Went 🥜 Nuts 🥜 For Last Week
A cooling de-puffing serum, a neck fan to beat the heat, and a gadget to up your airplane game.
Happy Monday!
I dug through the analytics and the data and whipped up the Top Buys from the week of July 11th; the 8 products that sold through the roof (or I guess, the screen?) in our community.
If you follow on Insta, you know this already (look at you; so up to speed!), but we release this list every week and tell you what’s moving up the list, what’s moving down, and what’s debuting for the first time.
Here we go:
Maya Fragrance (Scent: Base): On its 9th week on the Top Buys list, our number one selling product this week has sparked a craze in the Gee Thanks! community. Scent, of course, is deeply personal. Maya’s perfume oil was created to mix with your skin’s chemistry and produce a smell that’s uniquely your own. If you love Base, you’ll love Maya’s other scent, No.1, which has more tropical and summery notes. You can layer them together or wear separately. I have both; I love both.
Tula Instant De-Puff: JUST WOW. 5 weeks on the list! The Tula Instant De-Puff started popping up in my DMs and in conversations in the comments of posts in Gee Thanks! We all agreed that they made a business misstep by overdoing it on the influencer #spon work; it made the product seem questionable and the love for it seem inauthentic. But the de-puffer was my gateway drug into Tula-world. The de-puffer is a serum that has a stainless steel application tip attached. You pump a little bit of serum through the tip and roll it over your eyelids and under your eyes. It’s ALWAYS cold and refreshing and it’s a lot less logistical than eye patches, especially when you’re traveling. I like keeping it in my bag and using it while out and about. It’s also a VERY nice thing to bring to a beach or any hot weather event. Advice: Tula does discounts on their bundles so if you’re looking to try something new, check out what’s offered! Usually it’s 40% off what it would cost to buy everything individually.
The NuFace Toning Tool has always been a favorite here, but a review from Geezer Caroline Hackett in the Facebook group influenced a new wave of purchases. The one thing I always say about the NuFace is that you actually have to use it, every day or at least 5x a week, for it to work. Does it work if you buy it and never use it? No. You can get 25% off your NuFace with code GEETHANKS.
Caroline said, “I used the NuFace religiously (daily) for about a year. I thought to myself, this is nice, I enjoy using it, its effects seem to be short-lived, but there is something there. Then I moved to France for six months for work. I had to pack extremely light, so NuFace did not make the cut. While in France, I immediately forgot about the NuFace (I mean, I was in France.) I didn't hate my skin, but I wasn't wowed by my skin. I kind of felt saggy. I just returned to the USA twoweeks ago. I walked into my apartment and saw the NuFace sitting there and everything clicked. I was like. OH. THIS THING WORKED. It's nothing huge, it's no magic face lift, but it does work, even if only temporarily. It's subtle, but it's something.”
First Aid Beauty Moisturizing Primer: USE CODE GEETHANKS FOR 25% OFF ALL FIRST AID BEAUTY. This product is incredible, especially for days you want to look glowy and alive but don't want to wear face makeup.
The Neck Fan: One of those under $50 gadgets you can’t believe exists until you see it and use it for yourself. Perfect for outdoor activities, getting a little extra air in a temp-controlled office, or to cool down while you’re blowdrying your hair (yes, really!). Plus, it’s on sale.
Tula Vitamin C Brightening Kit: Another Tula winner (yes I am trying to get us a code!). I bought this duo because I haven’t found a vitamin c drop I really like, and because buying the duo is cheaper than buying both products individually.
The Bissell Little Green (Bissell heads unite!): We sold this baby out during Prime Day. Now we all wait patiently for our pets or kids to spill something. Come on, kids, you can do it!
AirFly Bluetooth Dongle: We sold this baby out during Prime Day, too. We are nothing if not consistent. This is going to go on gift guides this year so if you want it for someone this holiday season, snag now!
That’s it! See you soon!
